Assistant Officer- Temp -Ј10PH- Central London Area of expertise*specialism: § Under supervision from the Officer (Operations), to assist with the provision of an administrative and co-ordination service for the Capital Unit and Capital Panel § To work on activities such as: document management, archiving, month end reconciliation, Artis workflow reporting, mailouts, and provision of information for annual reports § To provide the information required to maintain the external capital consultants database, including tracking expenditure against budget and monitoring performance § To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of policy, procedures and guidelines relating to Capital and the capital programme § To work with the Officer (Operations) on document management and associated policy, and to provide an overview of operations, legacy transfers, monitoring and reporting § To assist with the production of presentations, briefings, speeches, departmental communications and council panel papers as required, and to work with the Officer (Operations) to provide management information and reports § To assist with initiatives as directed by the Head of Risk Management and Construction to address any imbalances relating to the provision of truly diverse provision of Capital in the country § In consultation with the Officer (Operations), to assist and contribute to the provision of data, information and statistical analysis for the Capital Department. § To assist with the production of timely and accurate statistical data and reports to aid the daily workings of the department and to inform the development and implementation of future capital strategy.
